Client: Mid-America Regional Council, Kansas City Metropolitan Area
SEDC worked closely with the Mid America Regional Council (MARC) in the design and execution of a pilot study implementing key elements of an Urban Area Security Initiative Special Populations Planning project. This effort focused on developing contingencies for individuals who are oxygen dependent and organizations providing services to them. This framework was used to develop a more robust planning template that MARC could use in developing contingencies for other vulnerable populations.
