SEDC served as a subcontractor for this initiative. The Senior Leaders Seminar brought together emergency management personnel, elected officials, and other first responder officers from Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. to discuss regional coordination in the event of a disaster that impacts multiple jurisdictions simultaneously. Topics included sharing resources, validating communication channels, and coordination between jurisdictions. SEDC was involved in the development and running of the Seminar, and was responsible for HSEEP compliance, evaluation, and writing the After Action Report.
